What does it cost?
Nothing, for now. Everything that is available today — the SundayPlan test phase and the SundayRec beta — is free. Paid plans may come later, but any change will be communicated clearly and well in advance.
Which apps can I actually use today?
SundayPlan is live on the web at plan.sundaysuite.app (open test phase), and SundayRec is a downloadable desktop beta for Mac and Windows. The rest of the family — Stage, Song, Edit, Studio and Paper — is in development and not available yet.
Which languages are supported?
SundayPlan speaks Norwegian, English, Swedish, Danish, German, French and Polish. SundayRec ships in seven languages, including Norwegian Bokmål and Nynorsk. This website is in English and Norwegian.
Which browsers work with SundayPlan?
Any modern, up-to-date browser: Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari, on computer, tablet or phone. If your browser updates itself (most do), you're fine.
Do my volunteers need an account?
No — never. Volunteers answer requests through their own personal link in an email or SMS, with one tap. Only planners sign in. See Messages & magic links.
Who can see my church's data?
Only your church. In SundayPlan, row-level security keeps every church's data separate, and volunteers only ever see their own requests. Content you create in the desktop apps stays on your own machine. We sell nothing and run no ads. More in Your data & privacy.
Does it work offline?
The desktop apps, yes: SundayRec records, edits and transcribes entirely on your machine, no internet needed. SundayPlan is a web app and needs an internet connection.
Is AI used on my data?
Local AI — like the sermon transcription in SundayRec — runs on your own machine and uploads nothing. Features that would use cloud AI sit behind a consent toggle that is off by default.
Can I delete everything?
Yes. In SundayPlan you can export your church's data as JSON and erase individual people under Settings → Privacy; email us to have your church's account and data removed entirely. Files from the desktop apps live on your own disk — deleting them is up to you, as it should be.
Can SundayPlan send SMS?
SMS sending is rolling out gradually during the test phase. Email requests work for everyone today and do the same job; magic links work equally well from both.
How do I get help?
