SundayStage

Lyrics and media on the big screen.

Show lyrics, Bible verses, announcements and media on the screen behind the altar. A modern presentation tool in the ProPresenter class, built for Nordic churches, with cue control, seamless transitions and a live engine with an isolated output process for safe display.

What it does

Everything on screen, safely controlled

Made to hold up when it matters — in the middle of the service.

Lyrics & verses

Show text line by line with fast transitions and clean typography on the big screen.

Cues and order

Build the order for the whole service in advance and run it with a single keypress.

Media & backgrounds

Images, video and backgrounds with soft transitions between elements.

Output lock & blackout

Freeze what the congregation sees with ⌘L — clicks, jumps, messages and the network remote are all refused until you unlock. Blackout is ⇧B, and it always gets through: an emergency stop outranks a lock.

⌘K palette & section jump

Find and show anything in seconds, or type R when the band takes the chorus again. The letters come from the song itself, in your language — and full-text search brings up the right song instantly.

Song usage log

Every song that actually reached the congregation screen is logged by itself, with CCLI number, TONO id, copyright and author copied into the row. Export a CSV for the period you need to report.

Built for live

Confident on the big screen when it counts.

Nothing is worse than a black screen in the middle of worship. SundayStage isolates the display in its own process, so the app can fail without the congregation noticing.

  • Isolated output process protects the display
  • An emergency stop always outranks the output lock
  • The song log records what actually reached the screen — not what was planned

Status: beta

SundayStage is out in beta and free to download today. The buttons above give you the stable build; the newest work — the output lock, blackout moving from Escape to ⇧B, section jump and the TONO/CCLI song usage log — is fresh on the beta ring, which you can pick up from the Build with us page. The slide editor is still growing. Try it on a rehearsal night before you trust it with a service — and tell us what breaks.

Download & install notes

Mac: Apple Silicon (M1 or newer) only for now — there is no Intel build; get in touch if you need one. The app is signed but not yet notarized, so the very first launch is right-click the app → Open.

Windows: the installer can trigger a SmartScreen notice the first time — choose More info → Run anyway.
