Using the community toolbox
All free: every tool runs straight in the browser on *.sundaysuite.app — no installation, no account, no cost. The full list lives on the toolbox page.
Alongside the core products, Sunday Suite keeps a toolbox of small, playful web tools for church and classroom — icebreakers, tournaments, a digital bazaar, anonymous Q&A and more. They all follow the same recipe: open one on the big screen, and everyone joins from their own phone. Here is how to run one well.
How every tool works
Open the tool on a shared screen — a projector, a TV, a classroom smartboard. The screen shows a QR code or a short code; everyone joins by scanning or typing it on their phone. Nobody creates an account, nobody installs anything, and participants stay anonymous. When the session is over, it expires by itself.
Pick the right tool for the room
- A first gathering: SundayQuiz — get-to-know-you bingo that warms a room up fast.
- The classroom: SundayChess and SundayTicTacToe — big-screen tournaments with Swiss rounds and a knockout.
- Sports day or games night: SundayTurnering — a live tournament board for any sport or game.
- A group evening: SundayMarket (fast, friendly trading game) and SundayHarvest (biblical social deduction — no one gets eliminated).
- The fundraiser: SundayBasar — sell raffle tickets and draw prizes live on the big screen. The app never touches money; you confirm each Vipps payment yourself.
- Youth night: SundayPanel — anonymous questions from the floor to a panel, with you curating what goes up.
- Musicians: SundayLicks — a practice library of gospel and worship licks for piano, guitar and bass.
- Newcomers: SundayWelcome — a digital welcome note, so no first-time visitor falls through the cracks.
- Learning: SundaySchool — the church's own music and theology school, eleven subjects deep.
Tips for a smooth session
- Test five minutes before. Open the tool on the big screen and join from your own phone once, before the room fills up.
- Check the wifi. Every phone in the room will be online at once — the venue's guest network should be up to it.
- Read the code aloud. A QR on screen plus the short code spoken once gets even the least technical participant in.
What about privacy?
The tools are built to store as little as possible: participants are anonymous and sessions expire after use. The deliberate exception is SundayWelcome, which stores the contact details a newcomer chooses to leave so the church can follow up — see the Privacy Policy for the details.
