Video captioning. Speech is transcribed automatically, and you correct what the program is unsure of.

Each word is coloured by how confident the recognition is, so you can go straight to the words worth checking. You can add names and words that come up often.

Recognition runs on your own computer, and the video is not uploaded. Captions can be exported as SRT, VTT, ASS and TXT.

Want to try it anyway? There is an unfinished test build for Mac and Windows. Expect bugs and missing pieces. Source code on GitHub
